When you catch them sleeping in their cubicles, do you wake them or let them be? This one person is always falling asleep.

Time to make another pot of coffee. Wake their asses up. If I caught one of my techs sleeping I'd send them home.

Sales guy two down from me falls asleep all the time. We just laugh. His office is outside of the managers office and they know, he starts to snore and wakes himself up, trys to play it off like he was clearing his throat.

If there's a chance of them getting in trouble, I'd wake them up.

Lol, the newest guy in our office falls asleep. I just leave him be, it's not up to me to decide if he is productive enough.

If someone's not professional enough on the art of sleeping at work, they deserve to be caught! But if it's an option, I'd print out your avatar and place it in front of him then wake him up with a smooth voice like "good morning, honey".
There is the beginner's solution where you sleep on the toilet and there's the pro level where you lie under your desk and pretend to be fixing your computer.

If he is always falling asleep, tell his supervisor (if s/he isn't a dick) or broach the subject with that person, tactfully :)
Also, good god what is that monstrosity!
